What You’ll Do Manage insurance defense cases from start to finish. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Take and defend depositions and attend hearings. Develop litigation strategies and work toward favorable case resolutions. What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school. 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills. Ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment. Active bar admission in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
