Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to brokers and company leadership
• Prepare correspondence, proposals, presentations, reports, and transaction documents
• Coordinate listing information, property materials, photography, signage, and marketing updates
• Assist with marketing campaigns, email communications, social media, and branded materials
• Maintain transaction files, databases, calendars, deadlines, and client information
• Schedule meetings, property tours, inspections, and other brokerage activities
• Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, vendors, and community partners
• Order office supplies and assist with general office organization and operations
• Support special projects and identify ways to improve processes and team efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• Previous administrative, brokerage, real estate, marketing, or transaction experience
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently
• Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology
• Experience with CRM systems, commercial listing platforms, email marketing tools, content scheduling tools, and document-management systems.
• Digital marketing, social media, photography, videography, or graphic design experience.
• Active Nebraska Real Estate License, or the ability and willingness to obtain one within 12 months if requested.
