Collaborating with investment, legal, financial, and program teams to evaluate and manage risk
Advising the CHIPS leadership team on emerging risks, risk exposures, and mitigation strategies to support informed investment decisions and achievement of mission priorities
Leading the Risk Management Office, a team of risk and compliance analysts dedicated to identifying, assessing, reporting, and monitoring risk at CPO
Overseeing a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework and strategy that aligns with CPO implementation goals and objectives
Overseeing the identification, assessment, and management of enterprise-wide risks, including financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
Leading CHIPS compliance efforts which includes managing the internal controls program
Managing communication with CHIPS oversight entities including OIG, GAO, and Congress
Collaborating with business units and CPO senior leadership to integrate risk management into the CPO's decision-making process and ensure risks are effectively managed
Providing regular briefings to both CPO and Department Leadership to ensure effective risk oversight
