Lincoln Elementary School Elementary School Secretary

2026-2027 school year $18.65/hour + Depending on Experience Health Insurance is available through the School District Retirement benefits through PERA

Technical Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain positive and professional working relationships
• Personal computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
• Customer service and public relations skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus courses in office, secretarial, word processing and computer skills.
• More than one year of clerical and/or secretarial experience.
• Experience in a school environment preferred
• Must pass and pay for a Fingerprint/Background Clearance
