Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Worker.
Line Worker Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location : Walton, KY
Line Worker Requirements/Qualifications

• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to successfully complete a cGMP assessment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in elevated work areas as needed.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to quality and productivity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisors and Line Captains.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Results-focused with a strong commitment to meeting team and production goals.
• Ability to follow cGMP, quality, and safety standards.
• Required PPE may include a hairnet, smock, safety glasses, gloves, and face mask depending on department assignment.

About the Line Worker Role
As a Line Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Work at assigned manufacturing and production stations.
• Perform assigned production duties safely and efficiently.
• Follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain cGMP standards throughout the production process.
• Follow established quality and safety requirements.
• Communicate with the Line Captain as needed.
• Produce high-quality products while meeting established production expectations.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain productivity while working with minimal supervision.
• Work collaboratively with production team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Wear required PPE based on assigned department.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
