Primary Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing


• Accounts receivable support


• Data entry and maintaining accurate records


• Filing and document management


• General office and administrative support


• Assisting with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent (required)



• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus 


• Experience using Microsoft Excel is a plus 


• Automotive dealership experience is a significant plus
