Job Description
Private Contractor for FEDEX Home Delivery route is searching for drivers.
Depot located in Bethpage. All deliveries are made in Nassau County.
No CDL required. Vehicles to be driven are 16 foot step vans
Work week is Monday thru Sunday, ware open 7 days a week. You choose how many days you want to work, BUT must include 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Day starts at 7:00 AM with the verification of all packages. Day ends when all deliveries assigned to the route are completed. Depending on volume, you could have 4 hr days or 8 hr days. Paid training.
We are a contractor for FedEx, and MUST adhere to all the regulations, policies, & procedures that FedEx assigns. The deliveries will be made out of a truck labeled as FedEx. As a driver you are required to be in a FedEx uniform, which we purchase for you. We run on a 7 day schedule, you can work 5 to 7 days, the more days you have scheduled the more your pay will be. (**there is annual raise) Safety is our main priority and promise that all customers receive their deliveries.
