Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Public Relations Specialist or in a similar communications role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and style. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR collateral. Established relationships with media contacts and a strong understanding of media relations best practices. Proficiency in media monitoring tools and social media management platforms. Experience in crisis communication and reputation management. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR software.
