This role works directly with travelers and preferred suppliers to plan, confirm, and manage luxury bookings that align with client preferences and expectations. The planner ensures accuracy, professionalism, and a seamless booking experience from initial inquiry through completion of travel.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & ServiceServe as the primary point of contact for clients seeking luxury travel arrangements and experiencesAssess client needs, preferences, timelines, and budgets to recommend suitable travel optionsLuxury Booking & CoordinationResearch and secure accommodations, transportation, tours, and related travel servicesCoordinate travel details including itineraries, confirmations, and supplier communicationsSupplier & Vendor LiaisonCommunicate with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and other travel vendors to confirm availability and detailsMaintain professional relationships with travel partners to ensure service qualityDocumentation & SchedulingManage booking records, confirmations, and client documentationAssist with scheduling travel components such as accommodations and transfersQuality AssuranceReview booking details for accuracy and compliance with client requestsAddress and resolve booking-related issues in a timely and professional mannerIndustry AwarenessStay informed on luxury travel trends, destinations, and service enhancements to better support clientsSkills & QualificationsNo prior experience required; training is providedStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to manage multiple client requests efficientlyProfessional demeanor with a customer-focused mindsetComfortable using online booking platforms, scheduling tools, and basic office softwareAbility to work independently in a remote environmentEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentJ-18808-Ljbffr
