The General Studies Specialist will provide push-in and/or pull-out support in reading, decoding, and/or reading comprehension/writing to small groups of up to 6 students in grades 1-5. Responsibilities Provide support in reading decoding and reading comprehension. Modify curriculum to address the needs and limitationsof struggling students. Communicate regularly with parents on student progress. Developalternativeassessment methods for students to show what they've learned.
