Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Contracts Administrator will support the contracts and legal operations team by reviewing, organizing, processing, and entering a backlog of contracts into internal systems while working remotely within the East Coast time zone on a temporary assignment with potential for permanent hire. Key responsibilities: Review and process a backlog of contracts and legal documentation for accuracy and completeness Analyze contracts to identify key terms and ensure proper entry into internal contract management systems Draft, review, and redline various commercial agreements, maintaining organized electronic contract files Required qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in contracts, legal documentation, or contract administration Paralegal or legal operations experience preferred Experience with CRM and business management platforms, particularly Salesforce or similar programs Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
